European part of Office365 is experiencing upgrade currently. Several of my customers (Norway) are getting the notification of the Office365 v15 upgrade process these days.
Currently Microsoft upgrade plan schedule looks this way:
Customers will start seeing the upgrade notification in MOP about 30 days prior to their upgrade.
The target timeframe for the upgrade is May 22 – June 13.
First 10% of the customers are targeted for upgrade at the first week.
Second 35% of the customers are targeted for the second week.
And the the remaining customers are targeted for the third week.
What to expect with the service upgrade
microsoft will be rolling out the service upgrade over the course of 2013, and is completely automated: During the upgrade, email, instant messaging and sites will keep working. And if the date Microsoft schedule your service upgrade for isn’t a good time for you, you can postpone it.
Most Office 365 users shouldn’t need to do anything to maintain connectivity after the service upgrade, though there are a few exceptions that we have communicated directly via email in the past months. You can review these exceptions in the service upgrade guide.
